I just made my oatmeal with caffeinated water. Legitimately a good idea or a cry for help?

Today I had the best falafel sandwich, spinach pie, and stuffed grape leaves from a place called the Sahara Meditteranean Grill. I would eat there EVERY DAY if I could. I'm not kidding. There I would be, marooned on a deserted island, and I can only have one meal for the rest of my life. You now know what it would be, for all that knowledge is worth.

I took my toddler to a used book store yesterday that allows you to trade in your own books for...absolute crap. No, the literature section is "cash only," the lady behind the counter tells you. You can't use your credit for "literature." And this, after you've hauled two huge boxes of books through the parking lot with a toddler who, already resistant of holding his mother's hand, knows how to take proper advantage of a mama with her hands full.
So, yes, allow me to look through your wonderful Harlequin Romance collection while my son climbs up your ladder, takes books off of shelves, continues to activate your doorbell motion detector, and tries to rip the fire extinguisher from the wall. I finally got so fed up, with both him and the Harlequins, that I walked out. They seemed relieved. When I got to the car, I just wanted to cry. What a horrible experience.
