I was preparing my morning coffee yesterday when the sky just opened up with light. It was such a "Rivendell" moment--I half-way expected Liv Tyler to show up on my back porch.

...a few hours after posting this, I received this email from a male friend:
That was a very nice picture of the sun breaking through the clouds. If Liv shows up. Tell her I said "How you doin".

This is a beautiful photo! When I was little I used to have a repertoire of Arwen costumes. And the french toast looks wonderful. I love those tea cups that have the little lids over them--very British! : )
