I chastise myself for not having my camera when I saw the county water meter man taking an afternoon nap on county time in a county vehicle. Not that I'd tell. I wouldn't. I'm very pro-nap. I just figure that if a man has the audacity to nap in public, he deserves to have his picture taken.
