West

Brasstown Bald -- Highest Elevation in Georgia; I stood there for a very long while wondering how many people in how many generations before me had stood at this same point on earth, dreaming of "the West."

I decided while I was walking that the Georgia woods are for my soul what a chiropracter might be to another person's spine. It helps to keep me aligned; and once one goes, so must one return forever.

George Strait?? George Strait! I love him. I just KNOW that ever I run into him (which is very likely in Winona, Miss., you know) that we would hit if off so very well and have a ranch in Montana and be happy as a cheesy country western song. NOT that any of his are cheesy, no. They are as lovely and wholesome as he is.
