The Tibetans hang up these "prayer flags" every February, their New Years. They have prayers printed on them in ancient Sanskrit, and they purposefully don't hem the bottoms of them. They believe the threads of the flags represent prayers for their neighbors, friends, family, and even strangers... and when the wind blows, the prayers are released out into the world and into God's ears. THESE prayers, from my back yard to yours, are for you, my friend...
