Happy Fourth! What I'm reading lately: Kitchen Confidential. The true confessions of a high-profile NYC chef. It's awesome. : )
Well, I take it back about Kitchen Confidential being awesome. He is very irreverant and addicted to drugs. It's an interesting look at restaurant kitchens, though. (I felt compelled to edit my opinion!)
