Librarything.com

I made a brief mention of www.librarything.com in one of my last posts, but I feel as if I should once more laud this "candy for bibliophiles." It's one of the coolest things to happen to the internet in a long time. It's like Myspace for intellectuals. It's also become addictive--I just can't leave it alone. I'm quickly reaching my 200-book limit for cataloging, so I'll have to (gladly) switch to the paid $25 life subscription. I haven't been so happy to spend $25 in quite a long time.

In other news, I'm just enjoying the Georgia dusk. Tonight I served a dinner of roasted chicken and my own special recipe of creamed spinach out on the back deck, and hummingbirds zoomed about the table. It's that time of year again.
